Your new White Rodgers Digital Thermostat uses the technology of a solid-state microcomputer to provide precise time/temperature control. Battery powered with 3 AA batteries, same program for all days, 4 periods. Compatible with single/dual transformer, heat pump, millivolt. Below are the key specifications, installation, operation, programming, and troubleshooting instructions.
This thermostat is intended for use with a low voltage system; do not use with line voltage. CAUTION! Disconnect power at fuse box until complete. Do not exceed ratings. WARNING! Conform to codes. Do not short terminals. Handle carefully.
The thermostat consists of cover and base. Buttons behind door: up/down arrows, SET TIME, VIEW PRGM, RUN PRGM, HOLD TEMP, FAN, SYSTEM.
The Display: Time/temp alternate, set temp, HEAT/COOL, HOLD, BATTERY low indicator.
Disconnect power. Remove cover/base. Label/disconnect wires.
